Truly worldwide or where the iTunes store is already open?

Not to be cynical or anything, but Southeast Asia is pretty much neglected from that 'worldwide', I think. Apple doesn't have any iTunes stores in Asia except Japan (and Australia?)... The rest of us are cut off... :-(

I realize it's not just Apple's doing, but I really hope this can change in very near future.
